      What does unlimited mean?

      We offer all Upsourced members unlimited 30 min ‘consultations’ with our in house experts which is usually enough time to answer most queries. We guarantee to give each member a minimum of 4 x 30 minute consultations a month and will endeavour to give as many more as our capacity allows.

      What do I get in my 30 mins consultation call?

      You’ll be able to discuss any video, filming, equipment, animation, editing, script related query.

      What if I need more time?

      You can book our team at preferential hourly rates.

      Can I choose my own training?

      Yes. We offer monthly training sessions on a range of topics, held at our offices in Leatherhead, Surrey. Your Account Manager will book your seat on the training you choose.
      We listen to our members and plan future sessions based on topic requests

      Can my whole team get trained?

      Yes, please speak with your Account Manager. Rates for any colleagues who are not UpSourced members can be supplied on request.

      Can you source crew for my project?

      Yes. As a member you’ll get preferential rates on crews. Terms apply.

      What does membership mean?

      Membership is on an individual rather than on a company basis. All the services and benefits are available to every individual member. If you’re not a member but interested to learn how you can benefit from Upsourced, please get in touch.

      Can others in my company use my membership?

      If others within your company are interested in benefiting from Upsourced then we have colleague membership at preferential rates.
